How to map multiple user prompts on the portal to one field in SM RRS feed

  • Can we map two user prompts to one field in SM

    For instance we would like to have two user request fields on the portal that would map to one field in Incident - in this case the description field.

  • I would also love to be able to do this and basically build out the request all in the description field. I find it kind of silly that you have to basically extend the data properties and create a bunch of additional fields, when you should be able to map to description in sequential order with perhaps a break in between each response for spacing purposes.
