    i try to add the user in OOTB for the moss2007 site but i am getting "no exact match was found for user" ,"entry is not found".kindly help

    sree,

    Are you not finding only anyone user or none of the users? 

    if not finding any of the users it seems your farm is not configured with AD properly..try to reconfigure SharePoint farm

    if only one user is not finding try to find the same username in exchange email or AD to know the user exists or not

    user exists in the AD and in exchange email but in MOSS2007 people-picker still not detecting users and displaying error no exact match was found for user.
