    Hello

    I have snom uc600 with LYNC 2010 once i initiate or receive a call , the phone's Microphone is not working , I have tried many editing in the Lync Audio deivce tab but no success , the Mic is working if the headset is on-hook but I moved the Mic side of the phone so I can see some Audio detected

    Hi,

    You can try to use this microphone with other snom uc600 to see if it works properly.
