  • Do you get any Notification for the deleted message ?

Can you share the NDR  if you get any of them ?

Do you have exchange antispam agents enabled ?

  • I would recommend to run you the below command

Get-TransportAgent | fl and see what are the  exchange transport agents enabled

If you find Content Filter agent enabled just disable them by running disable-transportagent -identity "Content Filter agent"

Send a test email again with large attachements and then see the results

  • Hi,

Is there any 3rd part software installed with exchange 2013?

Try to do message tracking on blocked message to see the message deleted by which transport agent.

You can run Get-TransportAgent to list all transport agents.

    Best Regards.
