MSN MONEY APP

  Hello

  go to "Users/<username>/AppData/Local/Packages" and search for the app MSN Money then renamed the folder then attempted to re-install MSN Money from the store.

  MSN Money is a store app, right?
  As Regin said, after uninstalling mail app, renamed MSN Money app's folder in path: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Packages. Then reinstall it, check if it helps.
  
  If the issue persists, clear store cache with wsreset.exe, and re-register all apps with the following command in the PowerShell with Administrator
  "Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}"
  Then reinstall MSN Money from Windows store to have a check.
