Hello Team,

I am trying to dig into AAD connect but unable to understand all term such as join, disjoin, provision,scope,stage etc.. I working on new project to deploy this tool , can you please suggest me what should I focus on and some tips.

Connected data source , connectors , connector space, metaverse and target Connected directory that I know of but wondering If I need understand all terms or not ?

Not necessarily - implementing Azure AD Connect is a very straightforward process. However, this might be very beneficial in case you need to customize/troubleshoot its behavior.

I'd suggest starting with https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/concept-azure-ad-connect-sync-architecture
