eSign (ApproveIT) Desktop and MS Word / Excel 2010


  • I have a machine running Windows 7 w/ Office 2010. I installed eSign Desktop (formerly ApproveIT) version 7.0. The add-in is not working. It shows up under inactive and when I try to enable it, The load behavior says "The user selected to disable macros". When I go to the macro settings in the Trust Center, it is set to enable all Macros. Any suggestions?

  • Does this add-in suddenly stop working? Or it has never worked before?
    For the office site, I suggest we use another file with macro to test if the “enable all macro” is affected.
