Management Pack for Windows Server 2012 needed and can't get

Just going through SCOM 2012 SP1. Wanted a management pack for Windows Server 2012.

Issue 1: that everywhere I search for this a receive this link:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=9296

this leads to a dead page at Microsoft.

Issue 2: why is this this pack not available straight through the SCOM management pack interface?

Same issue here, can't tell you why the page is down
