When trying to create my applications and driver recovery discs for my new emachine I receive the message "media invalid" at the step 6, "insert a blank disc etc". I have asked emachines and was given instructions about removing "upperfilters/lowerfilters". When I follow the steps they sent, my computer does not show any upperfilters or lowerfilters where they say they are, or anywhere. This seems to be a correction for when the CD/DVD drives do not work at all. I am able to create back up discs for my personal files. I just can't make the recovery discs. Any suggstions?
