    Hi everybody,

    I have a windows server 2008, which IIS installed on it. I run a web site and virtual directory on it.

    I would like to manage download hours, user access and download capacity on it.

    how do I do it? is it possible thorough windows server or third party? (with regard of at least of efforts and resources)

    please help.
