I have a few users that BCC themselves on most of their emails. One users emails are getting caught in the spam filter coming back in (thinks that the address is spoofed). My question is why does the email go outside of the organization? Doesn't the Hub
Transport server see this as a local address?
Apparently not. But it'd be hard to diagnose your problem without knowing more about where your spam filtering is being done, the addresses in question, your accepted domains, your routing configuration, etc.

You may need to check if your domain is added as accepted domain. Also, check the originating server of the delivery failure that could give you some clue where from the spam check was done.
