    We are planning to implement Microsoft IRM on our portal which is still under review. I just want to understand how permissions work on IRM enabled libraries.

    The requirement is, none of the users should be able to do 1. SaveAs (local copies) 2. Print  3. Screenshots.

    So the IRM permissions at the library level cover all users with Full Control, Contribute, Reader permissions or just for Reader level permission? Is it possible to meet the above requirements for all permission groups?

    Hi,

     

    According to your description, in my opinion, it is possible to meet the above requirements for all permission groups. I suggest that you should create custom permission level by yourself and remove the permission you mentioned.  For more information, please refer to:
