    Hi Techies,

    We are receiving the following error with are upgrade readiness package. 

     

    2018-05-20T20:57:45 : Start : Starting Upgrade Analytics Configuration Script

    2018-05-20T20:57:46 : Error : ErrorCode 27 : The Upgrade Analytics configuration script is not running under System account. Please run the script as System.

    2018-05-20T20:57:47 : Failure : Script finished with error(s)

    Please Provide me assistance to resolve this issue.

    Without knowing much about how you are deploying the script and such, you need to make sure that the script is run as SYSTEM.

    Running the Windows Analytics script from a package, the environment page has to be like this:

    You dont need to run the package, simply enable Windows telemetry within client settings.
