Hi,
No you don't need to give same subnet IP,
But, Exchange should be talk with each other so you need to take of Routing on Remote site.

Hi,
I think p.th's is useful.
An additional article about DR site in exchange 2010 for your reference.

Hi
I would create a new site in AD S&S say 192.168.2.0/24 and then install your DC and Exchange server with IPs in that subnet. You would probably need another VLAN in your test environment for this.
You should also create VLAN(s) for the replication network - if you have the ability to stretch a VLAN over to your DR site then you can set up you test using a single subnet for the replication network for all 3 servers. If stretching a VLAN is not possible then I would create 2 subnets, 1 for the 2 MBX servers in the DAG already and another for the DR MBX server.
Once you have the networking configured you can install Exchange and add the server to the DAG.

Hi
In addition to the above you should create a new site in AD Sites and Services for your DR location and add it's IP subnet to the site. If you don't do this your primary site will automatically use the Hub Transport role in the DR location to send mail.

Hi All, thanks for all above links .
As I am creating DR site first time, May I request you please share the steps from begining. Currently I have test enviroment with below sceniro :-
1 DC/GC 2008
1 HUB 2008
1 CAS 2008
2 MBX "DAG" 2008
with the subnet of 192.168.1.10/24
For DR site I am planning "1 DC/GC and 1 MBX server including CAS & HUB"
