Office 365 Backup RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have several Mac computers on our workstation. We have been dependent on our mails for our daily works. Of course we have Outlook under Office 365 edition. Most of the mails are archived under Local Folders. Is there anyway we can backup all these mails?

  • Even I don't know why there are codes. I tried removing them but all in vain.

For your problem, take a trial of Mail Backup X. It backs up all major mail clients. And yes, it comes with Incremental backup options.

  • hi there,

    Outlook on Mac can export in OLM format. get all your <g class="gr_ gr_13 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" data-gr-id="13" id="13">mails</g> exported in this format to <g class="gr_ gr_75 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" data-gr-id="75" id="75">any</g> external drive of your choice.

    I hope that will do.

  • why is there so many codes i your text?

the only thing I could understand is- the mails could be exported to OLM format that could be a great choice for sure, but is this possible to back up only the mails, that are new to the mailbox, automatically ? cause every time we backup, we will backup the already backed up data. that will be too bulky I guess.

    Thanks for addressing my issue.

  • Hi Andrew,

You may also consider to automatically archive new emails via rules. See this article for more details:
