Portal 2012 - Shortcut to create request (incident) ? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Is there any way to achieve a direct link from the portal first page (category view) to the Create Incident Form? The "create request" is availible but takes us to a another page first where we have to chose to enter the create request form.

    Would it be possible to customize a service request in some way to get directly to the create incident form?

    Any other workarounds out there?

    Unfortunately there is no workaround for this in SM 2012. We have received the same request from lot of folks and most likely there will be a workaround available for this in the next release. Sorry!
