Unable to View Roles in Server Manager on Server 2008 R2; Updates Failing as well

  How do i read the log file for the system update readiness tool?   I ran it to address the above, and it finished.  I can open the log file....but I need some support on this one to find out which update to uninstall, etc.....  Please help.
