When do you get this error,open a folder or run a program ?
1.First of all ,we should ensure that the Windows and the drivers has got the latest update.
2. If the error occurs when opening folders that contain video files, try this :
Open Control Panel > Folder Options > Always show Icons, Never Thumbnails
3.If this issue occured when you ran a program,I recommend you to reinstall the program.
4.If the issue persists ,I recommend you to try clean boot to have a check. If it does, the problematic software can be located by dichotomy. To perfcorm a clean boot:
