  • Started getting a pop up saying

    I have already tried running

    sfc /scannow  via command line and it did not find any integrity violations. Haven't installed anything new on the machine either. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Rolling back the machine to a previous state is not an option as there is just too much data on the machine that changes daily.

    When do you get this error,open a folder or run a program ?

    1.First of all ,we should ensure that the Windows and the drivers has got the latest update.

    2. If the error occurs when opening folders that contain video files, try this :

    Open Control Panel > Folder Options > Always show Icons, Never Thumbnails

    3.If this issue occured when you ran a program,I recommend you to reinstall the program.

    4.If the issue persists ,I  recommend you to try clean boot to have a check. If it does, the problematic software can be located by dichotomy. To perfcorm a clean boot:
