  • Hi Malistane,

You need to install first the SP1 agent (4.0.3313.0) from under the C:\Program Files\Microsoft System Center 2012\DPM\DPM\ProtectionAgents\RA\4.1.3313.0 folder.

    then apply RU1 V2 from C:\Program Files\Microsoft System Center 2012\DPM\DPM\agents\RA\4.1.3333.0\amd64\1033

    4.1.3333.0 seem's to be a new release: RU1 SP1 v2...

  • This fixed it for me, but is EXTREMELY misleading when you try to install the latest version and it tells you 'you cannot install where DPM is installed already'....  The error message OR the log should give you at least a hint that this was the direction to take....

  • Hi,

You should verify that you don't already have a DPM agent installed on your target computer.
