  • Hello Jararz,

By default, the project calendar only has working time Monday through Friday.  If you have tasks (and resources) working Saturday or Sunday, you'll need to modify the calendar.

Project tab > Change Working time.  Either add an exception (if it is a single day occurrence) or modify the Work Week if it is an on-going issue.

  • Ok, let me throw more into the mix. We are running Project Server 2010 and I am using a customized calendar that has the weekend designated as working days but when i attempt to set any of those days as the task start it moves the it to the following Monday.

  • Do you have resources assigned?  What is their calendar definition?

  • Hi,

"I am using" you say. How exactly? Did you assign your customized calendar as a task calendar? Is this customized calendar an Enterprise Calendar?
