  • Hi,

I would like to check whether you have made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

Meanwhile, I suggest you try the following:

    1. You might try changing your homepage and check.

    1). Open Internet Explorer.

2). Click on Tools, clicking Internet Options.

3). Click on the General tab.

4). In the Add or Change Home Page dialog box, do one of the following:

To make the current webpage your only home page, click Use this webpage as your only home page.

To start a home page tab set or to add the current webpage to your set of home page tabs, click Add this webpage to your home page tabs.

To replace your existing home page or home page tab set with the webpages you currently have open, click Use the current tab set as your home page. This option will only be available if you have more than one tab open in Internet Explorer.

5). Click Yes to save your changes.

    2. If that does not help, you may try clearing the cache. The cache is information stored from your surfing activity.

    1). Open Internet Explorer.

2). Click on Tools, clicking Internet Options.

3). Click on the General tab.

4). Click  Delete next to Browsing history.

    5). Now, check the issue.

    3. If none of the above methods work, I would suggest you to reset internet explorer settings to its default settings:

    1). Open Internet Explorer.

2). Click the Tools button or press Alt key + X, and then click Internet Options.

3). Under Advanced tab, click on Reset.

4). Check the Delete personal settings box.

5). Click on Reset and then Close.

6). Close all open Internet explorer windows and re-open it.

Note: The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that you added to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature.

    Hope this helps
