Server 2003 freezes almost everyday

Question
-
Hi,
Our enterprise has a server with Server 2003 Standard with SP2 and, once or twice a week it "needs" to be restarted or it will freeze.
When it freezes, users cannot access shares, and I can't log in on server to restart because it says "cannot validate password"
On the event viewer it shows lots of events with ID 2020 (Srv)
What can I do to fix this problem? Any Ideas?
Thanks to all

Its possible but generally the server may be under powered for what's running on it. Might have someone look at the sql processes to see if somethings out of control.
Possibly some help here.

Hi,
Based on the current situation, please perform a Clean Boot to check if there is any software conflict.
For the detailed steps, please refer to the following Microsoft KB article:
Perform a clean startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your game or program

What’s the result in Clean Boot?

Hi,
To perform a Clean Boot, the SQL Server and Network Shares will stop? Because the enterprise software needs SQL.
Today the server stopped again, when trying to logon to restart it, it gave me the error on "userinit.exe" with code: (0x000012d).
After reset, the login was normal , and there was no errors on userinit.exe.
A while ago, another IT, installed Panda Security on the server. Can this be the cause of the error?
Sorry for the english!
Thanks
