Hi Madhu.Kumar,
Skype is a free consumer (public) software used by individuals and small businesses worldwide to communicate and collaborate online.
While Skype for Business is a licensed software used by large organizations to enable people to communicate and collaborate online. It should deploy On-premise Skype for Business servers or use Skype for Business Online service.
Skype for Business accounts are based on AD user accounts (On-premise) or O365 account (Online), the users should be enabled on Skype for Business server(On-premise) or have Skype for Business online license(Online).
Skype account or Microsoft account are not located on On-premise or Online Skype for Business server, so you could not sign in.
If you want to login in the Skype for business client, you must deploy the skype for business server or buy the O365 service. After that, the administrator will give you an account to login in.

Hi Madhu.Jumar,
Skype and Skype for Business are two different products, and therefore you cannot use a Skype/Microsoft account to sign into Skype for Business, or a Skype for Business account to sign into Skype.
If you'd like to use Skype for Business, check out Office 365 over at office.com
Hope this helps!
