IE8 in Windows 7 Build 7100

Im trying Windows 7 (RC) Build 7100. It has installed IE8 8.0.7100.0.
In the right corner on the bottom of the screen the information Protected Mode is equal Off.
When I double click appears the Internet Security Properties screen. In this screen the
box Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer) is selected.
Thus, that information is suppose be Protected Mode: On. Why it is off?

Is the site you are on in either the Trusted Sites group, or on a computer on your network? Those sites will run with protected mode off. Also, if you have UAC disabled, protected mode will be turned off. Please also see http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2007/04/04/protected-mode-for-ie7-in-windows-vista-is-it-on-or-off.aspx. While it is written for Vista and IE7, most/all of it should also apply to IE8/Win7.

Some days ago, for tests, i put off UAC and i forgot to put it ON again.
The problem is solved.
