Skype for Business Call via Work feature RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    I have an IP PBX connected to Skype for Business via SIP trunk and want to configure Call via Work feature.

    I googled and the information I have found isn't very clear on how to configure and make the "Call via Work" feature to work. Has anybody got a guide to suggest which helped him to configure and managed to make the feature working?

  • I'd check out Richard's guide.  There's no complete guide I'd suggest as it presumes you have connectivity established via voice policies and routes configured correctly.  To configure the trunk and validate that calls can pass is a much more complex topic, for that I'd check out the second guide:
