Workflow Template Not Applying RRS feed

  • I'm trying to get a template to apply to new service requests, but nothing I try will work.  I am letting an Orchestrator runbook create the Service Requests. Any ideas why this templare will not apply? Here are my settings:

  • Is the Title property of the user who created the service request not empty?

    Is the workflow which applies the template triggered? You can check this at SCSM console -> Administration -> Workflows -> Status -> mark the related workflow and check the status.
