Updates 1602 and 1606 stuck at 'Downloading' status. Restart of SMS_EXEC not helping! RRS feed

  • Updates 1602 and 1606 stuck at 'Downloading' status. Restart of SMS_EXEC not helping!

    I have tried restarting the service from services.msc, restarting the server and restart the app too!

    Anybody who can help me?

  • around a dozen times, each 10 mins apart!

    Errors in log:
