All sent emails stuck in either outbox for outlook, or drafts for owa on new Exchange 2013

Mail merge and Outlook - mails can't be sent in HTML format and are stuck in "drafts" folder

Outlook 2013 + Gmail leads to many messages in drafts even after it is sent
