Cambie el Servidor de WSUS, y ahora los equipos no aparecen en la consola

Buenos dias...
tenia un servidor WSUS que me habia dado multiples problemas pero con las ayudas del foro habia logrado ponerlo a punto, por diversas circunstancias este servido fue tomado para otro uso, y debi instalar el WSUS desde cero en otro servidor dentro del mismo dominio, la instalacion fue sin problemas, todo configurado perfecto, sincronizado sin problemas, el inconveniente es que ahora no me aparece ningun equipo, ya fueron corregidas las politicas locales y de dominio para que vieran el nuevo servidor, el error comun que arroja el WindowsUpdate.log es el 0x80244019, ya he aplicado diversas soluciones del Foro y nada, hay un proxy entre el WSUS e Internet, no se si eso sera lo que esta afectando. el proxy tiene acceso a los dominios de microsoft.
Ya corri el proxycfg -d, -u, en todos los equipos, revise el IIS, la carpeta selfupdate esta alli, las soluciones del foro para el error 0x80244019 no me han dado resultado, el clientDiagnostic Tool corre completo sin errores, espero sus comentarios, anexo el Windowsupdate.log de una de las maquinas.

El mensaje dice que no puede resolver el nombre "WSUSserver" y eso creo que sea el primero problema.
Pues, estas seguro que en la politica has escricto la direccion correcta en este formato: http://WSUSserver:8530 ?

Exactamente cual es la version del WSUS?
Es la misma de aquella precedente?
La nueva instalacion usa la puerta 80 o 8530?
El IIS tiene otra configuracion particular? Como host header, etc?
Ya has probado eliminar esta llave desde un cliente:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update\SusServerVersion
y restartar el servicio wuauserv?

La version del WSUS es la 3.0 SP2, se instalo en el puerto 8530, el IIS no tiene ninguna configuracion especial, hay dos sitios WEB creados ya que tambien en ese servidor esta un antivirus instalado por el puerto 8014, el servidor anterior tambien tenia el antivirus instalado y no daba problemas.
La llave que me comentas no aparece en el registro, se que el problema tiene que ver con el proxy pero no entiendo si antes no daba problemas y el servidor esta en la misma red, usa el mismo proxy que el anterior, practicamente lo que cambio fue el nombre del servidor y la IP.
Desde los equipos clientes no puedo accesar a http://WSUSserver/selfupdate/iuident.cab, ni el wuident.cab muestra el siguiente mensaje:

Como siempre dando buenas ayudas, no se porque al instalar el WSUS de nuevo escogi el puerto 8530, en vez del 80 por defecto, pense que estaba en uso y no era asi.
Le puse el puerto 80 al sitio WEB de WSUS y listo ya las maquinas estan apareciendo, y ya tenia desde el viernes en este lio, jejeje, saludos....
