  lo raro es que ayer antes de ayer funcionaba y se reinicio el sever y ya no funciona. yo creop que debe ser algun servicio que me falta subir antes de subir este,  que servicios del server debo revisar que esten arriba

  Revisando el log de aplicaciones encontre que

  The World Wide Web Publishing Service service depends on the HTTP SSL service which failed to start because of the following error:
  The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

  Subi estos dos servicios y funciono.

  Solo que tengo una pregunta que tiene que ver esto con el error

  Login failed for user ''. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 18452)
