Creating a Retention Policy for All Mail Folders but Notes


  • We've created a Rentention Policy for our Outlook users that has a retention tag that applies to "All other folders in the mailbox" and the action is set to Move to Archive.

    This is working great so far. Now we have a specific use who we need to tweak the policy to not archive Notes. Everything else is the same except no archiving of Notes. What's the best way to approach creating a new policy in this case? I can't 'clone' the current policy and just select the mailbox folders I'd like to archive, as much as I'd like to be able to.
