    Al final creo que el problema se ha resuelto.

    Te cuento lo que he hecho.

     

    Cambie los 2 slots de memoria por otros (tal y como me dijistes), eso si me los dieron del mismo fabricante y tipo pero de otra partida diferente me dijeron.

     

    Tambien he actualizado la bios de la placa base.

     

    En fin despues de 3 dias no me ha vuelto a pasar.

  • Hay un error en el csrss.exe que es del propio windows. EN un porcentaje alto de casos este error estaba producido por un modulo de memoria dañado. Por si acaso, lo primero, pasa el DocMemory de www.simmtester.com para analizarla.

     

    Bajalo, y al ejecutarlo te generará un disquete de arranque. Arranca con el disquete y debes tenerlo 4 horas en ejecucion sin que de un solo Error o "fail".

     

    Comentame los resultados..

  • Gracias.

     

    Me he bajado el DocMemory Ram Diagnostic Software y no puedo instalarlo porque tengo windows vista ultimate 64 bits.

     

    Despues me he bajado Docmemory SPD Reader Software, lo he instalado pero despues de instalarlo no puedo ejecutar el programa. Pulso sobre el ejecutable y no aparece ni sale nada.

  • Si tienes otra maquina con 32 bits, o bien conoces a alguien que tenga 32 bits (inxluso XP) ejecutalo. La idea es obtener un disquete de arranque y arrancar con el.

     

    Es necesaria esta prueba.

    Hola Jose Manuel.

     

    He realizado lo que me dijistes he pasado el DocMemory y me dieron bastantes errores.

    Despues cambie los modulos de memoria Ram de slots y volvi a pasar el DocMemory, estuvo casi 5 horas y solo me dio 2 errores despues de 4 horas y media aproximadamente.

     

    A pesar de eso hoy se me ha vuelto a bloquear.

     

    Estas son las caracteristicas de mi equipo y al final te envio tambien el ultimo informe que me ha dado con el programa que recomiendas en tu pagina.

     

    Esto me ha empezado a pasar esta semana, justo cuando he cambiado los modulos de memoria Ram por los de caracteristicas que te indico posteriormente.

    No es válido. Si hay un solo error, cada vez que suceda un error de memoria o bien el sistema se bloqueará, o bien pegará un pantallazo azul en cualquier sitio, o bien fallará (en el mejor de los casos) algun programa de usuario. Por tanto es normal que vuelvas a tener errores.

(si la memoria está dañada o no es compatible no se podrá hacer nada)

  • Hola Jose Manuel.

     

    He hecho lo que me dijistes de pasar una goma de borrar por los contactos de la memoria.

    Despues utilize el DocMemory, estuvo 6 horas y no dio ningún error.

     

    Pero de nuevo me vuelve a dar el pantallazo azul.

     

    Antes de cambiar los modulos de memoria, te envío el ultimo archivo DUMP, por si me puedes indicar si sigue siendo un problema de memoria o le pasa algo diferente.

  • Es el drivers de las DirectX. Es rarisimo que falle, a menos que exista un problema con la grafica...

     

    Me sigo inclinando a creer que es la memoria... que cada vez da un casque en un sitio diferente... De todas maneras, esperate al siguiente casque y lo vemos.

  • Ahora en el tcp. Totalmente absurdo.

    Esa memoria, o está mal, o no es compatible con el chipset de placa base.

    Al final creo que el problema se ha resuelto.

    Te cuento lo que he hecho.

     

    Cambie los 2 slots de memoria por otros (tal y como me dijistes), eso si me los dieron del mismo fabricante y tipo pero de otra partida diferente me dijeron.

     

    Tambien he actualizado la bios de la placa base.

     

    En fin despues de 3 dias no me ha vuelto a pasar.
