The user information is lost in the incidents RRS feed

  • Hi guys,

    I have a problem with my server service manager and the relationship between the work items "Incidents" and users are lost.

    That is, now I have 870 incidents and these had first been created by a X and assigned to some analysts. Today each of these incidents space "User affected" and "Assigned To" is blank. I can not see or user that created the incident nor which user had been assigned to that incident.

    I appreciate any suggestions!

    Additional Information:
    Windows Server 2008 R2.
    Service Manager 2010 SP1 with CU2.
