I have a problemwith my
serverservice managerand
therelationship betweenthe
workitems "Incidents"and users arelost.
That is, now I have870
incidents and
these had
first been
created by a
Xand assigned tosome analysts.Today
each ofthese incidentsspace
"Useraffected" and"Assigned To"is blank.
I can not
see oruserthat
createdthe incidentnor
which user
hadbeen assigned tothat incident.
I appreciateany suggestions!
