    Buenas dispongo de un crm 2011 con el rollup 12, quisiera saber si para las versiones de ofiice y win 8 se puede instalar el Conector Outlook 2011 y funcione correctamente.

    Hola Moxblue,

    En principio, no deberías de tener problemas. Solo acuérdate de instalar el Windows Identity Foundation 3.5.

    Enable Windows Identity Foundation 3.5

    To do this, follow these steps:
    1. In the Start menu, right-click, and then select All Apps.
    2. Under the Windows System group, select Control Panel.
    3. Click on Programs, and then click Programs and Features.
    4. In the left menu, click Turn Windows features on or off.
    5. Scroll through the list until Windows Identity Foundation 3.5 is found.
    6. Click to select the Windows Identity Foundation 3.5 check box, and then click OK.

    Gracias Atilio, Lo tengo activado y he probado también los siguientes puntos que te pongo abajo pero me da el siguiente problema:

    There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. The server might be unavailable. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.

    y después de darle aceptar me sale este otro:

    Cannot configure the organitation for Microsft Dynamics CRM for Outlook. Try to configure the organization again, If the problen persists, contact your system administrator.

    Con win 7 y office 2013 lo he podido configurar sin ningún problema. Alguna Idea? Gracias

    He probado lo siguiente:

    • Tener instalado el Windows Foundation 3.5
    • Tienen que tener la misma hora y minutos con 6 de diferencia, si no da error
    • La máquina tiene que estar en el mismo dominio que el servidor de crm.
    • Tiene que entrar en http://NombreServidorCRM/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc
    • Credentials are saved in the Windows Credentials storage for the user?
    • Si se desinstala, mirar que los siguientes registros estén eliminados del regedit
      • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRMClient
      • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM
      • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM_Setup

    Si la base de datos tiene tablas que no son propias del crm como algunas que se han creado para hacer copias de seguridad, estas podrían afectar a este proceso?

    Hola, 

    Cuidado que cuando alteras la BBDD del CRM, pierdes la garantía del CRM y, además podría suceder que algunas de las funcionalidad funcionan de forma rara. 

    Trata de pasar las tablas que has creado, en otra bbdd para no alterar ningún funcionamiento del CRM

    Son tablas que han ido dejando como backup en forma de basura dentro de la BBDD, pero no afecta al funcionamieno del CRM ya que no se usan. Ninguna sugerencia al problema del outlook Connector?
