    Thanks for your question.

    Please try the following steps to see if it works.

    1 Please make sure the option network discovery & file and printer sharing turn on within the current connecting network of the destination computer win7 as the following figure. (We also need to turn on these options on local computer.)

    Network and Sharing Center > Left navigation to Advanced sharing  settings > (Current profile) Network discovery & File and printer sharing


    2 Please check the current user’s permission for the target computer as below.

    User properties > Account > Logon Workstations


    3 Please clear up the previous windows credentials to re-logon the net-computer.


    4 Besides, on the target computer, please make sure that the following services should be turned on so that we can discovery the target computer from local network.

    DNS client

    Function Discovery Resource Publication

    SSDP Discovery

    UPnP Device Host
