ERROR 0x5, 0x3 y 0x19 ATI BESS UM100 (vista y W7) RRS feed

  • Por favor me ayudan, mi computador Acer M1640, se reinicia con pantalla azul, ya he hecho todo lo que dicen el el foro y me dio esto, pero yo no sé que significa, tambien sale el error 0x3 y 0x19. Yo tenia  instalado mi windows 7 y compre un modem ATI BESS UM 100 y empezo a a salir las pantallas azules me dijeron que tenia conflicto con W7 (aun en modo de compatibilidad) por eso instale Vista, pero me siguen apareciendo las pantallas azules. me gustaria que me dijeran que es, algunos dicen que es que el pc apaga las puertos para ahorrar energia, otros que un driver sobrepasa la velocidad de la memoria y no se que es.

    Un driver está corrompiendo todo el pool. ¿ese modem le instalaste drivers?... si es así, esos drivers son los culpables.
