  • Hola saben yo analize el MEMORY.dmp y bueno yo creo que el problema esta en que no tiene los simbolos o puede ser el win32k.sys bueno asi lo dice en el dump. Mi Windos es XP con SP3, Pentium 4, 80ddr, 1024Mb Ram. Me han aconsejado de que actualize la BIOS pero no sé hacerlo y no me gustaria arriesgarme y de pronto el pc no funcine mas. Si alguien me puede ayudar le estaré muy agradecido, porfavor ayudenme

    mmmm hombre actualizar la bios...creo que no hace falta, aunque posiblemente sea problema de un controlador (driver)...

     

    mmm podrian ser los drivers de la grafica???

    por casualidad,tu ordenador no incorpora una disquetera de esas de toda la vida no??? alomejor ella podria estar fallando..

     

    Por hay tambien dicen de reinstalar el SP3, pero bueno esto nose yo si sera verdad o no...

     

    De todas formas espera aver que dice Jose Manuel yyy tambien mirate el post donde tendrias que haber puesto este mensaje (no pasa nada por crear un tema, pero es para tener esto un poco "ordenado")

  • Sin los símbolos de depuración no se puede decir nada sobre el problema. Configura adecuadamente los símbolos:

     

    Use the Microsoft Symbol Server to obtain debug symbol files
