Error al crear el rol de Hyper-V Replica Broker

Buenos díasTengo dos servidores con sistema operativo Windows Server 2016 con el rol de failover Cluster y esto trantando de configurar el rol de Hyper-V replica Broker y se queda en estado failed
revisando el visor de evento se generan los siguientes eventos de error de FailoverClustering
