El servicio de replicación de archivos se para automáticamente por lo que no se realizan réplicas en el DA. RRS feed

  • Tengo dos servidores, un Windows 2000 Server y un Windows 2008 Server R2. La intención es quitar el primero, por lo que he ejecutado adprep, dcpromo, pasado funciones FSMO al nuevo y también catálogo global. No me ha dado ningún error, pero días después de haber realizado dichas tareas y con la idea de desconectar el servidor antiguo, me di cuenta que en el servidor nuevo (W2008 R2), la carpeta SYSVOL está sin compartir y además aparece bajo la carpeta con el nombre del dominio otra con el nombre "DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_PreInstall_Directory".

    En el servidor nuevo aparece en el visor de eventos el error "13508 en el servicio de replicación de archivos". Revisando los posibles motivos de dicho error, me di cuenta que en el servidor antiguo (W2000) el servicio de replicación de archivos se detiene automáticamente, es decir, aunque en sus propiedades esté como inicio automático, el servicio está parado. Lo he puesto en marcha manualmente pero a los pocos segundos se vuelve a parar. Revisando el visor de eventos en dicho servidor lo único que he visto es que en el registro de sistema, a los pocos segundos de arrancar el servicio, aparece el id. de suceso 7023, con la siguiente descripción.

    "El servicio de replicación de archivos terminó con el error:

    Recursos insuficientes en el sistema para completar el servicio solicitado."

    He reiniciado el servidor y comprobado que tenga recursos tanto de memoria como de espacio en disco, pero sigue ocurriendo lo mismo.

    No se me ocurre que más hacer ni dónde buscar más información, os agradezco cualquier tipo de información que me podáis aportar.

  • Dos cosas rápidas para fijarte...

    El que AV no tenga tomada la carpeta del Windows 2000 y le impida replicarse con FRS.

    Que el 2000 tenga el último SP

    No entiendo a que te refieres con AV, si es al antivirus, tiene excluida dicha carpeta en el escaneo on-line. Respecto al SP, tiene instalado el último.

  • He conseguido dejar en marcha el servicio de replicación de archivos en el servidor antiguo, pero el estado de sysvol en el servidor nuevo sigue siendo el mismo.¿Alguien tiene alguna idea de que puedo hacer para continuar?.

    Perdona pero pensaba que te había enviado el resultado la semana pasada pero cuando he venido al cliente y he revisado no he visto mi respuesta. Abajo te adjunto el resultado que me aparece al ejecutar la utilidad de Ms Health scanner ya que netdiag no lo reconoce W2008. He cambiado en el resultado el nombre de dominio real a "nombredominio".

    Se puede trabajar sin problemas, pero si el servidor antiguo lo apago los usuarios no encuentran un servidor que les pueda identificar, y a mi me gustaría tener dos servidores por si hay algún problema.
