Exchange 2003 no recibe correos

Hola a todos, tengo un exchange 2003 con windows server 2003, el Exchange esta publicado en el ISA para recibir y sin embargo no recibe, probé con esto https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/default.aspx y me da este error que no acabo de saber el por que ? ni tengo idea de donde buscar, lo que me dice es esto:

Calin, el problema es que la dirección IP que tenes configurada en tu registro MX externo no esta respondiendo al puerto 25. Verifica que la IP sea la correcta, que no tengas ningún firewall de por medio que no te este permitiendo acceder a través de esta IP al ISA y por última verifica que la regla creada en el ISA para Inbound SMTP es correcta según los siguientes artículos:

Además en el ISA en la parte de Monitoreo es posible ver si hay algún intentando acceder al ISA a través de esa dirección IP y entender porque esta siendo bloqueada.

Gracias, ahora chequeo lo que me dice, pero digame si no tiene nada que ver que el dominio dns y el de exchange no sean iguales

Calin, el dominio de Exchange no necesita ser igual al dominio de Active Directory. Ahora tu dominio de correo tiene que tener su correspondiente registro MX creado en Internet.
