OWA customization in E2010 SP1

  • One of our partner who is a reseller for our Hosted Exchange 2010 is looking for the following feature. Could you please let me know if this is possible to do in Exchange 2010 SP1 Multi-tenant mode and if you could lead me to any link would be great.

    We are hosting Exchange 2010 SP1 in Hosting environment.

    We want to put our reseller logo or end customer logo in the mailbox. Separate logo for each domain hosted on the same server.

    We want to change the login page and log off page for each domain hosted on the same server.

    I found the link discussing this requirement.

    I believe the changes mentioned in the above link will make the change for all the domains hosted on that server.  Is there any way we can do this change for each domain separately?

    For changing the logo, may be by creating a new custom theme and apply that theme to a particular domain or something like that? But here we should be able to restrict the administrator from the end customer to modify the theme selection.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Hello,

    The link you have mentioned does make changes server wide, as of current I have not found the ability to customize per organization, however would like to see this feature added also.  If I find anything leading to this I'll update.

  • You can customize the owa on each CAS server.

    Customize the Outlook Web App Sign-In and Sign-Out Pages

    there are themas for owa in exchange server 2010 sp1. so you can try to use them.

    here is an article about it;

    and also you can edit owa web pages locally.
