none message bounce back


  • Hi,

    We just receive a new IP from our ISP. Now, some email messages bounce back with the exact same message:

    unavailable; Client host [] blocked using Blocklist 1, mail from
    IP banned; To request removal from this list please forward this message to delist at messaging microsoft com
    and include your ip address .

    I contacted delist by email but have been waiting a few days with no luck. Is there anything I can do? Please help.

    Here is the reply I received when I sent the original message.

    Thank you for your delisting request SRX1217539836ID. Your ticket was
    received on (Sep 18 2013 11:38 AM UTC) and will be responded to within 24
