Hi,
I just upgraded form SCCM 1910 to 2002, all my client went inactive and the ccmMessaging.log shows these errors

sounds like a Management Point issue to me. It could be IIS, could be app pools , could be some TLS settings have been modified... could be anything really. It's a mixed bag.
One (relatively) easy-ish fix is to remove the management Point, then reinstall the Management Point (watching the logs). That might reset permissions and etc for the MP to reply. If that doesn't do it, you may have to dig deeper into iis logs . I searched for 0x87d00231 as it relates to CM; and got multiple hits
Standardize. Simplify. Automate.
