SQLOLEDB.1 failed with no error message available, result code E_OUTOFMEMORY(0X8007000E)

    Question

  • user can't login and my service can't communicate to the database.
in event viewer, i am getting error SQLOLEDB.1 failed with no error message available, result code E_OUTOFMEMORY(0X8007000E)

my application using c#.net, using SQL Server 2005, connection using SQLOLEDB
    my connection like that :
    add key="ConnectionString" value="Provider=SQLOLEDB.1;Password=pass;Persist Security Info=True;User ID=t;Initial Catalog=CPS;Data Source=172.16.80.198;Min Pool Size=1;Max Pool Size=10;Pooling=True;Connection Lifetime=1"/>

i see, in sql server 2005 on activity monitoring, the database session is much, 500-600 sessio
    my question :
    - what is event (much session on database) give raise to the application (the service can't processing query to database)?
    - what's wrong in my connection or any?
    i have some help..

    note :
    - check connection (ping) to database server from my service server is OK
    - when i restart database server, my application run (normal) and my service can communicate wih database.
