The connection to microsoft exchange is unavailable on Reply All


  • OUtlook2010 shows that it is connected, when I try to perform a Reply All, an error message appears saying "The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable.  Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." 

    can anyone help me here;

    months back I have installed Exchange 2010 and moved few mailboxes,only users on Exchange 2010 are facing this problem!

  • Does this happen only with "Reply All"?

    What if you attempt to send or reply to a single person?

    This looks similar - might be an issue with the client:

    If you look in "Related Topics", there are other similar problems, some resolved by deleting and recreating the Outlook profile.

  • did you upgrade to SP1 for outlook?

    Perhaps you have a corrupt profile, have you tried re-creating it?

  • This seems your Outlook cannot connect to your Exchange Server.

    Is it only occur when you "Reply All"?

    If not, I suggest you recreate Outlook profile to have a try.
