I keep getting this error from my Outlook 2007 clients when hitting send/receive. "Microsoft Exchange Offline Address Book 0X800704DD" I have verified that the OAB is being generated on the Exchange 2007 Mailbox server and is replicated to the Client Access Server.
Make sure in your DNS you a New Host (A) for autodiscover.yourdomain.com configured to point to your Exchange Client Access Server Role. I have provided a link below for more information. Also, delete the Outlook profile and reconfigure your Outlook settings to see if you have a Outlook client issue.

I think it could be because autodiscover may not be working correctly. Try this,
once you launch outlook,
hold the control key down and right click on the system tray icon for outlook.
click on test email autoconfiguration, uncheck guestsmart, and the third checkbox (cant remember what it is)
and run the test.
1 Does the test suceed?
If no then you might want to consider reading a few of these articles
2 If yes, what is the OAB method, is it Public folder or EWS?
can you access the Free busy schedule of another user?
are these clients connected to your domain or Outlook anywhere users?
ok, I'll save myself some typing, check this great article
