  • Question

  • I have a client who is running SBS 2011 and using Exchange on it. All the users in the building have a account with an exchange mailbox. One of the users has their own email address they use instead of the exchange account. Anyone outside of the office can send and receive messages to and from this address with no issues. However when users get a message from this address and do a reply to it they get this error message.

Does anyone know what would cause this?

    Thank you

  • Hi There,

It looks like a caching error. There are a few options you can try. You can firstly clear the autocomplete address and retype it in. Secondly, you can remove any contacts with the email address and re-add it in. Thirdly, you can clear the address book on the Outlook.
