  • Hi,

As far as I know, install additional Exchange server in existing organization will not effect internal mail flow.

I would suggest have a check whether is email stuck in queue first. If this email stuck in queue, what is the last error about it?

If this email doesn't stuck in queue, I would suggest you use command below to find which step this email stuck:

     Get-TransportServer | Get-MessageTrackingLog -Sender "usera@contoso.com" -Recipients "userb@contoso.com" -MessageSubject "***"

What firewall rule? are there firewalls between the 2013 and 2019 servers? Are all the mailboxes still in 2013?

There is no bounce message .

Once we sent an email ,it automatically saving Draft folder in both Outlook as well as Outlook Web Access.

One thing I noticed that Yesterday  sent email received Today .

Today I sent multiple emails none of them received and trackinglog returned empty.

  • Hi Udara

    Thanks for the help

I just added Exchange 2019 in server core in exiting environment and I did not changed any receive connector configuration

The email was working fine until the addition of new exchange 2019.
