  • what events occcured before the unexpected shutdown? Could you be loosing power? Also, i'd suggest running any hardware diagnostics you can.

  • I am wondering if you have found the culprit and a solution as my Server 2003 Domain controller started to do the same. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

  • Dear,

I was able to fix it.

recommend you to try the following.

    1. If you have Activiated the log off Screen with Password protection then Remove it (like LOG OFF After 30 Min). REMOVE THIS.

    2. Avoid taking the domain as Remote desktop. Spl from Win2000 PC.

    3. Remove the Users whose Accounts are disabled.

For me the first one did the job. let me know your result.

    Regards

  • Patch up server with latest updates...

if problems still persistes then remove the mcafee and test... sometime antivirus also gives nightmares...

    all the best
