I am struggling to create contextual notifications for Request Offering completion.
In an effort NOT to create a subscription for each RO, I'm looking to create a single notification template that kicks off when an RO status is changed from In-Progress to Completed. The problem is, each RO is different so each template would need to be
custom made for each offering. So, I used
THIS to dump contextual info into the review activity description, and it works great, but of course "description" isn't an option to select when inserting info into the SR notification template.
Does anyone know how to link a child activities 'description' field into a SR notification template?
